Yuan Xiao 2011

I needa say yesterday 17 February, 2011 is one of my happiest days.

Not because it was the Chinese Valentine's Day (we call it YuanXiao 元宵 ) but simply a gathering with my coffee course buddies which really made my day.

Before the gathering, I went back to Coffee Academy, the place where I attended the coffee course, to practice my latte art. After a few times of practice, yesterday I kind of succeeded in the mission FINALLY and now I can make a heart shape <3<3<3!!! Though actually my mission is to make 4 cups of coffee with consistent pattern......I will get it done later after plenty of practice hopefully. 

Hotpot is always one of the things that helps bring people together and creates the atmosphere. 

So yesterday night was sooooo warm with a full table of food, a tasty chocolate cake, royal tea, valentine's chocolate, blue mountain coffee and red pocket money! Joy and laughters throughout the whole night. 

The one holding a bottle to cover his face is my coffee tutor! And the others include chef, designer, sex therapist.....professionals from all fields anyway. Since I am the youngest among them, they all look after me and I feel like we are such a big family. 

Such a blissful and fruitful day.
